Welcome to the Cardiac Care Associates or CCA section of the Pennsylvania Chapter, American College of Cardiology website. Since 2003, the ACC National Office has offered membership to nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, physician assistants, and registered nurses, and now clinical pharmacists may join too. The current cost of CCA membership is $125.00; (with $100.00 comprising CCA member fees and $25.00 being a non-refundable application fee).

New AACC Designation

The Associate of the American College of Cardiology designation (AACC) was created to recognize those CCAs who, through advanced education, training and professional development, have dedicated themselves to providing the highest level of cardiovascular care. Click here for more information.

CardioSmart.org – The ACC asks that you promote this site, which educates patients about how they can lower the risk of developing heart disease. Here are cards (PDF file) that your employer can print to include in your patient discharge material.
