State Medical Society Calls for Training and Competancy Standards for Imaging Scans
At the request of the Pennsylvania Chapter, American College of Cardiology (PaACC), the PA Medical Society's Specialty Leadership Cabinet began investigating the issue. Last May, the cabinet formed a special Task Force on Medical Imaging to develop the Society's position on the performance of medical imaging procedures by specialties other than radiolgy.
